Capital Site WebContact

Privacy policy

Effective October 20, 2026

Who we are

Capital Site Web is a trade name of Christian Batista Juvencio, a sole proprietor based in Newington, Connecticut, United States. You can reach us at capitalsiteweb@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the form.

What we don't collect

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and protect the service. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors.

How your inquiry reaches us

The inquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, which emails it to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Both services handle your information under their own privacy policies: FormSubmit and Google.

How we use it

We don't send marketing emails or newsletters. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone, except the services named on this page, or if the law requires it.

Calls and texts

We only call or text you if you ask us to on the form, and only about your inquiry or project. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email inbox for up to two years after our last contact, then we delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and payment records for as long as we need them for taxes and legal reasons.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll delete it from our inbox. Copies kept by FormSubmit or Google are handled under their own policies.

Security

No website or email account is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including protecting our email account with 2-step verification through an authenticator app.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

"Do Not Track"

We don't track visitors across websites, so a browser's Do Not Track signal doesn't change anything on this site.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
